The love for south indian food is all across the country and the most staple breakfast anyone can crave for.Made with a wide variety of spice and herbs, ground and stored in an airtight container to be used for a longer period of time. It ideated from their simple watery dal called “Aamti” which was later experimented with kokum and tamarind for better taste and that later was named sambar.
