Sourcing: The dried fenugreek is sourced from a place named Kasur, which is a part of Punjab.
Culinary Usage: Kasuri Methi is generally used as a condiment for flavouring various dishes such as curries and sabzis. Kasuri methi is also used whilst making methi matar malai. It combines well with starchy or root veggies like carrot, yams and potatoes. You can add the whole wheat dough to these leaves to make parathas and roti. Soak in lukewarm water for 5-10 minutes and add to your dishes during preparation and Kasoori methi will give a whole new taste and flavor to it.
